Ronchi UK is a UK registered limited company and a wholly owned subsidiary of RONCHI MARIO SpA, set up specifically to support the Ronchi Group operations throughout the United Kingdom. The company was established in 2007.
Covering all the activities from new machinery enquiries through to support for the oldest Ronchi machines.
Services include project management, spare parts supply, change part supply, service support for installation and commissioning

Our Process
We are based in our office in Northwich the home of Ronchi UK where we hold a stock of key spare parts ready for immediate dispatch.
We provide a proactive local support offering prompt response to customers with telephone support and are readily available to provide solutions face to face. The strong links with the Ronchi Group head offices in Italy provide the ideal balance between local response, a close working relationship and back up from technical experts.
The knowledge and understanding of our customers needs is key to the targeted provision of our technical support.
