20 Jun RONCHI exhibits the new EXACTA/R 12/6 at PROPAK CHINA
Before summer break Ronchi will be in Asia again to attend PROPAK CHINA in Shanghai from July 13th to 15th .
A tradition for Ronchi this appointment with the Asian Show, which attracts every year a considerable flow of visitors, buyers and operators of different industries: food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, health & beauty care, household, consumer products, chemical etc.
On that occasion, Ronchi Mario SpA will present an interesting novelty dedicated to the packaging industry: EXACTA/R 12/6, the most renowned Filling-Capping Monoblock in a new and technologically most advanced version.
EXACTA/R 12/6 on display, especially designed for the cosmetic, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, is manufactured in “ultra-clean” version and it is equipped new closed loop C.I.P. system ensuring the most efficient washing process, automatically carried out through a simple touch from the operator’s panel.
Main features of the machine can be summarized as follows:
- 12 filling stations with magnetic inductive flow-meters (as for all Filling Machines of the Exacta series, it is possible to fit mass-type flow-meters)
- all parts in direct contact with the product, from collector to filling nozzles, thoroughly manufactured in 316L steel.
- 6 capping stations suitable to handle all kind of caps and pumps
- Each of the capping stations is equipped with an independent servo-motor which ensures maximum production flexibility and extremely precise torque control.
- Electronic Cam to ensure the highest flexibility of the machine
- The dip tube is positively guided and controlled throughout the insertion process.
The new machine can handle screw-on caps, press-on caps and caps to be oriented
