Following the request of one of the most well-known multinational companies in the pharmaceutical sector, punctual as always, RONCHI MARIO SpA designs, develops and manufactures a complete line dedicated to the packaging of mouthwash.

Really this time it is a very special complete line: in fact it includes a Bottle Unscrambler mod. ROTOMATIC and a  “tri-block” of the most renowned EXACTA  series.

This latter is composed of a turret for the bottle clean-up through the blowing of air suitably treated with filtering at 0.2 μm, of a filling turret and of a capping turret where the head rotation, controlled by brushless motors, ensures the greatest control of the screw-up torque and an extremely ease of calibration of each individual head directly from the operator panel.
